Sales Development Representative Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify leads: Utilize a variety of research methods to locate possible leads and target businesses that align with our offerings and ideal customer profile. Engage in meaningful conversations with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points
2. Initiate outreach and engagement: Contact leads through emails, phone calls, social media platforms, and other lead generation tools. Tailor messaging to highlight the benefits of our solutions and spark interest
3. Nurture leads: Develop and execute strategies to maintain regular communication with leads. Provide relevant content, insights, and updates to keep them engaged and informed
4. Manage data: Enter and maintain accurate lead data, ensuring proper documentation of lead information, interactions, and activities for tracking and reporting purposes
5. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales goals and strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and help refine targeting criteria
6. Monitor metrics and reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation activities. Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement
