Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engaging with inbound leads
2. Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
3. Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
4. Collaborating closely with our marketing and dev teams to drive lead generation and feed into product design.
5. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
6. Prospecting and reaching out to outbound leads to introduce them to Simply Fleet's offerings.
Requirements:
1. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. The ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
3. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
6. Ability to work in US time zones.
7. Knowledge of working with a CRM is preferred
