1. Reach out to potential clients, highlighting Astrotalk's Astromall digital product for astrology services like pujas and spells
2. Understand current clients' needs and preferences to enhance satisfaction and retention
3. Research market trends to identify new business opportunities
4. Support the sales team with information and materials for effective deal closures
5. Work on the transition of BD executives into account managers to provide ongoing support and assistance as astrologers onboard
