We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Executive with an MBA in Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales strategy and execution:
a. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales targets.
b. Identify and engage potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

2. Client engagement and relationship management:
a. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
b. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.

3. Collaboration and campaigns:
a. Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales.

4. Market analysis and competitor monitoring:
a. Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.

5. Reporting and performance metrics:
a. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and guide strategies.

6. Customer service:
a. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

Other requirements

1. MBA in marketing or a related field.

2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

3. Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools for managing client relationships.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

5. Expertise in market analysis and identifying sales opportunities.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

7. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

8. Capability to interpret market trends and competitor insights to develop actionable strategies.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,10,000 - 2,40,000 /year
