Key responsibilities:

1. Present Recruit CRM to potential clients through product demonstrations.
2. Conduct outbound prospecting across APAC & Oceania regions.
3. Identify and communicate prospect needs to the team effectively.
4. Adhere to established communication guidelines and protocols.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
6. The primary requirement for this position is that the candidate must be available to start work at 6 AM IST.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 10,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 5,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
