We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate/Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Corizo, a leading EdTech company in India.
As a Business Development Associate/Inside Sales Associate,( looking for only those who are revenue-driven and want to earn uncapped incentives )You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients
3. Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
1. 0.6- 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or business development
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Revenue-driven attitude and entrepreneurial spirit

Probation Period:
During the period of probation, your monthly CTC will be INR 15,000 + incentives up to INR 10,000.
Full-Time Employment:
Compensation Offered: Fixed CTC - INR 320,000 LPA plus a Variable CTC - INR 250,000 LPA which is uncapped as of date.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
