Sales & Operations Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Timely follow-up and updating of incomplete profiles, ensuring accurate record-keeping
2. Efficient handling of calls and inquiries during designated hours
3. Maintenance of accurate records of registered users and entry details on Google Contacts and Excel sheets
4. Effective communication with new members to promote app features and increase user engagement
5. Smooth daily operations, including user approvals and image uploads, to ensure seamless platform functionality
6. Active management of the Facebook page, fostering positive interactions with the audience
7. Creation of visually appealing banners for Facebook advertisements to attract potential users

Qualifications:

1. 0-3 Years of experienced Candidates Only
2. Proficiency in using excel/Google sheets
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Creativity and proficiency in graphic design tools for creating banners is a plus
5. Spoken Hindi mandatory

Additional Information:

1. This position requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate calls and operational tasks between 10 am - 7 pm
