3. Proficiency in Google Docs and Spreadsheet
4. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
5. Make sure to BYOD (laptop); reliable internet connection is required
6. Strong proficiency in a native language, Hindi and English
7. Strong organizational and coordination skills
8. Previous participants of the program are preferable
9. Working may be demanded on Sundays, but the compensation offs can be taken during the weekdays
