Senior Telecaller Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Making calls to customers or clients within the same country or region for sales, customer service, or support purposes.
2. Reaching out to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in the products or services being offered, with the aim of generating new leads or sales.
3. Addressing and resolving customer inquiries, concerns, or issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Providing assistance and support to customers over the phone, addressing their questions, and issues, or providing information about products or services.
