Key Responsibilities:
1. 3D Animation - Create high-quality product, object, and character animations with smooth motion and natural movement.
2. Physics-Based Simulations - Develop realistic cloth, fluid, smoke, fire, soft-body, and rigid-body simulations in Houdini or Blender.
3. Particle & Dynamics Effects - Generate stunning explosions, debris, wind, and environmental effects for animation sequences.
4. Motion Graphics & Compositing - Integrate After Effects-based motion graphics and visual effects into 3D animations.
5. Lighting & Rendering - Apply advanced lighting and shading techniques to enhance realism and aesthetic appeal.
6. Rigging & Skinning - Work on character rigging and mechanical rigging to optimize movement and deformation.
7. Optimization for Production - Ensure simulations and animations are optimized for rendering efficiency and performance.
8. Collaboration - Work closely with 3D modelers, animators, and creative leads to maintain the project's vision.
9. Industry Awareness - Stay updated with the latest animation and simulation techniques, trends, and tools.
Skills Required:
1. 3D animation & motion (Blender)
2. Fluid, smoke & cloth simulations (Houdini, Blender)
3. Particle FX & Rigid Body Simulations
4. Adobe After Effects (Motion Graphics & Compositing)
5. Lighting & rendering
6. Cinema 4D (Bonus)
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in 3D animation, VFX, motion design, or a related field
2. Candidates who have graduated within the last 1 year or are scheduled to graduate this year are eligible

1. Strong portfolio showcasing advanced 3D animation and simulation work
2. Proficiency in Blender 3D (Houdini, Cinema 4D, or Maya experience is a plus)
3. Expertise in physics-based simulations (cloth, fluids, fire, smoke, particles)
4. Understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, physics, mechanics)
5. Experience with motion graphics and compositing in After Effects
6. Lighting and shading knowledge for realistic and stylized rendering
7. Experience in rigging, character animation, or procedural modeling will be an add-on advantage.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
