About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support with field activities during POC testing, integration between hardware and software, network troubleshooting, and exception handling of issues during deployment.
2. Set up network connectivity (Wifi, GSM), and perform integration with any third-party tools/programs.
3. Work on making necessary changes to the product and deployment environment to be able to integrate multiple software and hardware smart grid elements such as inverters, energy meters, data loggers, etc., and our smart plugs and controllers.
4. Create consumer awareness about emerging technologies for demand-side energy management such as P2P energy trading, demand response, flexibility aggregation, etc.
5. Clearly understand the business requirements of customers and find ways to apply our solutions to address these business problems.
6. Gather and evaluate user feedback. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Other requirements

1. The candidate should have practical experience in equipment cabling, single line diagrams, and wiring schematics, and working knowledge of the power grid is required.

2. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of system administration, networking engineering, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Firewall settings IP configuration issues, etc., and using open source and cloud applications is expected.

3. The candidate should have a working knowledge of Smart Grids, energy metering infrastructure, and IT technology applications in the power sector, with a focus on IoT and software/hardware products for Smart Grids.

4. The candidate should have a track record in commissioning and fault-finding a variety of industrial control and measurement equipment is desirable

5. The candidate must have a diploma/B.Tech / B.S. in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or instrumentation engineering with 2-3 years experience.

6. The candidate should have the ability to learn new technologies be resourceful and have troubleshooting aptitude.

7. The candidate should be a resident of Delhi.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year
