Social Media Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Create engaging Instagram posts, carousels, and reels using tools like Canva, Adobe, Photoshop and other editing applications
2. Edit videos and graphics to ensure high-quality output aligned with the brand's aesthetic
3. Manage day-to-day activities for assigned brand accounts, including scheduling and posting content
4. Research trending topics, and content ideas to enhance audience engagement
5. Coordinate with PR agencies, models, collaborators, and podcasters for campaigns and projects
6. Build and maintain relationships with content creators, influencers, and podcast hosts to explore collaborative opportunities and enhance brand presence
7. Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to the brand
8. Conduct research on competitor activities and market trends to optimize brand strategies
9. Analyze social media performance metrics to improve engagement and reach
10. Assist in setting up and managing basic Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
11. Monitor ad performance and provide input for optimization under the guidance of the founder

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
2. Knowledge of editing tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and basic video editing tools
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for maintaining data and reports
4. Strong research skills and an understanding of PR coordination
5. Creative mindset with attention to detail
