1. Content Creation & Visual Design:
Design engaging posters, videos, and visuals to effectively communicate our mission and capture the attention of our audience. Write compelling content and social media captions that reflect the organization's voice.
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement creative social media marketing strategies for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter YouTube, etc. to drive engagement and growth. Oversee the scheduling, posting, and timely response to comments and inquiries across platforms.
3. Video Editing & Content Optimization:
Edit and optimize videos for social media, events, and campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand and attract maximum engagement.
4. Website Content Management:
Regularly update and manage website content to ensure it reflects our latest initiatives, programs, and news. Ensure consistency with branding and user experience.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze social media and website performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies, providing reports and suggestions for improvements.
6. Coordinate with the SEO team
Work alongside SEO teams and check the progress and support with relevant inputs on content and strategy suggestions
7. Team Coordination and Management
Assign and oversee the work of interns, freelancers, and others working to promote DPurpose on all social media platforms
Salary ranges from a minimum of 10k per month during training and will be fixed based on work performance after a month
