Social Media Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

Are you a social media guru with a passion for analytics and content creation? True Classic Property Management Inc. is seeking a dynamic social media manager to join our team. As the go-to expert in all things social media, you will be responsible for driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads for our properties.

This will be fully remote work with a generous bonus. You will be working very closely with the founding team and your day-to-day responsibilities will include way more than just social media management. You will be the right hand of the founders and will be contributing to your and the company's growth. You will be researching and working on a lot of AI tools, helping in automating daily business tasks.

Key responsibilities:

1. Write scripts and edit engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Capture, and Adobe Photoshop to be posted across platforms, viz. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
2. Post and schedule content on various social media platforms
3. Keep abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in video editing to ensure content remains fresh and relevant
4. Develop and implement social media strategies to reach our target audience and achieve our marketing goals
5. Create engaging and shareable content for our social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, and videos
6. Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall strategy
8. Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure we are ahead of the curve
10. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any social media-related issues or challenges that may arise

Note: The role allows for remote work with flexible hours, but availability is required during core business hours (5:30 pm - 1:30 am IST).
