Strategic Sourcing Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Support in identifying new sources and conducting soft analysis
2. Develop sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
3. Serve as the primary contact with regional suppliers, leading RFP/RFQ/quote submission, analysis, and negotiation process
4. Conduct supplier visits and audits for regional suppliers
5. Negotiate commercials and contracts with potential sources
6. Business Development for New Brands: Scout brands, create leads for business opportunities, and handle commercial discussions and negotiations
7. Maintain a healthy Business Development Funnel and update regularly
8. Understand client requirements and onboard brands accordingly to ensure the business interests of partner brands

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's Degree in engineering or Postgraduate diploma in Operations, Supply Chain
2. Proficiency in MS 365 or equivalent collaboration tools, MS Excel, Power BI, etc.
3. Exposure to Direct/Indirect supplier base in India
4. Excellent communication (Verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent presentation skills
6. Analytical & problem-solving skills, agile and adaptable
7. Exposure to Spend Analytics and opportunity assessment
8. Good Understanding of Sourcing & Procurement Domain
9. Self-driven, organized, planning skills, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
