About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers in the US time zone, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance
Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly
3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers in the US time zone to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote upsell or cross-sell opportunities
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using our CRM system
5. Generate reports and analysis on key performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction ratings, support ticket trends, and sales pipeline activities
6. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in pre-sales and customer support processes

Other requirements

1. Should have experience in technical internship

2. Good communication skills in English and Hindi

3. Should be available for full time night shift from 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM
