As a Technical Onboarding Specialist at Makerble, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Your role will involve handling a small part of the human resources and supporting the technical team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes and managing payroll processes
2. Utilize spreadsheets and other non-HR-related software tools for various tasks (e.g., tracking company metrics, and data analysis)
3. Handling technical support queries from internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions
4. Conducting data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving technical support processes
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives
6. Conducting software testing and report issues
7. Respond to client queries and provide updates on requests
Essential:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and employees
2. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
3. Strong problem-solving skills
4. Maintain a warm and welcoming demeanor
5. Comfortable using spreadsheets and software tools
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Jira, Loom, Confluence, Slack, Trello, and Google Drive
