Key responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
2. Conduct training sessions for new clients and internal teams.
3. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and guide clients towards solutions.
4. Develop training materials and documentation.
5. Collaborate with the product and development teams to resolve issues.
6. Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
