Telecaller Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments
2. Following up with leads to answer any questions and provide additional information about our products
3. Maintaining a database of potential clients and updating it regularly with new information
4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
5. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
6. Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and leads generated
7. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services in the market
