We are seeking a skilled telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our products or services, handling inquiries, and contributing to the growth of the business through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound calls handling: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products, services, and solutions.
2. Customer support: Assist customers with their issues, provide solutions, and follow up on any unresolved matters.
3. Data entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
4. Product knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively answer customer queries.
5. Customer satisfaction: Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
6. Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports on call activity, customer feedback, and sales performance.
1. Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and persuasive tone.
2. Listening skills: Active listening ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
3. Customer service orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and solving problems.
4. Technical skills: Basic proficiency with CRM software.

7. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
8. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
9. The candidate may know CRM software.
10. Hindi is mandatory.
