Telecaller Fresher Job (Remote)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at San Mahajan Consultancy Private Limited. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone to promote our services and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contacting potential clients to introduce our company and services
2. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements
3. Following up with leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
4. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in MS-Excel
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
6. Meeting daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
7. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads for closure
