Telecaller Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our latest fashion collections.
2. Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to ensure clear and concise interactions.
3. Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries and orders.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
6. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
7. Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers.
