We are seeking a 'Telesales & Admission Executive' to drive student enrollments for IELTS, PTE, Spoken English, and Interview Preparation courses. The role involves lead generation, telecalling, counseling, and sales conversion, along with basic admission and visa assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote Immi Talks' courses.
2. Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and recommending suitable programs.
3. Guide students through the enrollment process, payment plans, and documentation.
4. Provide basic visa guidance on eligibility, documentation, and interview preparation.
5. Maintain follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
6. Track and update lead databases, sales reports, and student feedback.
7. Collaborate with trainers and visa counselors for smooth student onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
1. Sales & persuasion skills – Ability to close admissions efficiently.
2. Excellent communication – Strong verbal and written skills in English & Hindi.
3. Telesales experience – At least 6 months in telecalling/sales/counseling.
4. Follow-up & target achievement – Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Basic computer proficiency – CRM, MS Office, and WhatsApp-based sales.
Good-to-Have:
1. Education sales or visa counseling experience
2. Knowledge of IELTS/PTE/Spoken English courses
3. Negotiation & objection handling skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
