Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients, pitching our company's services and generating sales.
2. Deliver compelling sales pitches, tailored to the needs of potential customers.
3. Build rapport with prospects, addressing objections and guiding them through the sales process.
4. Update CRM system with customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up notes.
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed individual and group sales targets.

CRM English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel Sales

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi

5. Prior telesales or related sales experience is a plus, but not essential

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
