Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers (cold calling & hot calling)
2. Explain products/services and answer customer queries
3. Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases
4. Meet daily and weekly call targets
5. Build and maintain positive customer relationships
6. Report daily performance to the team leader

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills in Bengali/Hindi/English
2. Basic computer knowledge
3. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
4. No prior experience required

2. Variable pay: ₹ 3,000 - 5,000 /year
