About the job

Key responsibilities:-

1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and acquire new retail partners, including gaming stores, mobile accessories shops, esports caf s, and online resellers.
Develop and execute strategies to increase product penetration in the region.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and optimize sales strategies accordingly.

2. Market Expansion & Brand Visibility
Plan and implement initiatives to increase Playtics' brand presence in offline and online retail channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and roll out regional promotional campaigns.
Identify new potential markets for Playtics' gaming accessories and provide recommendations for expansion.

3. Retailer Relationship Management
Develop long-term partnerships with retailers to ensure product availability and preference.
Provide product training and sales support to retailers and distribution partners.
Work closely with gaming communities, tournament organizers, and influencers to drive demand.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and sales strategies.
Gather and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback.
Recommend pricing, promotional offers, and stocking strategies based on market research.

5. Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, retailer database, and performance reports.
Provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Head, including sales trends and market challenges.
Utilize CRM tools and data analysis to optimize sales performance

Other requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

Freshers in Engineering or BBA or A year of experience in sales, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or gaming products.

A strong network of retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers in the assigned region: Delhi and NCR .

The ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present products convincingly to different stakeholders.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Delhi and NCR.

Passion for gaming and esports (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,40,000 /year
