Travel Planner & Coordinator Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning, organizing, and managing all trips for senior citizens.
2. Create detailed travel itineraries for the trips.
3. Book tickets, accommodations, and transportation for the travellers.
4. Ensure all arrangements are made to ensure a smooth experience for senior citizens.
5. Participate in the planning and execution of community trips.
6. Stay updated and research new and trendy travel destinations.
7. Monitor travel expenses and identify areas for cost-saving.
8. Liaise with hotels and vendors for trip arrangements.
9. Keep track of blackout dates, new rates for seasons, and off-season pricing.
10. Travel with GoHappy Club on all domestic & international trips.
11. Addressing all inquiries and information.
12. Responsible for VISA application.
13. Maintaining contacts and communicating with vendors, agents, and stakeholders.
