Job Description: The Tarzan Way is looking for a driven individual to join it as a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Executive, you will work as a Travel Expert, playing a multidimensional role working closely with the core team with work ranging from but not limited to handling client requirements, building travel plans, connecting with unique organizations, activity suppliers, and accommodations all around the world.

During your tenure with us, you ll be learning the ins and outs of how a startup functions with crazy targets, packed schedules, and endless growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling client requirements: Creating immersive and personalized travel itineraries, finding the best suppliers for a customer, and offering an overall tailor-made experience
2. Set up partnerships with various suppliers, whether accommodations, transfers, activities for logistical support, B2B prices, operations, or marketing
3. Research unique activities and experiences around the country to build up the database for TTW's AI-based software
4. Set-up projects: Brainstorm new projects or work on existing pipelines to create immersive travel experiences in India
5. Streamlining Sales & Operations: Maximized efficiency, customer experience, and profits by streamlining and handling ongoing projects

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication Negotiation & Problem-solving Sales Travel Itinerary Making

Other requirements

1. Work experience in the travel space is preferred, though not mandatory.

2. Interpersonal skills.

3. Analytics and negotiation skills.
