Key Responsibilities:
a. User Interface Design:
1. Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile and web platforms.
2. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
b. User Experience Research:
1. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
2. Interpret data and qualitative feedback to inform design decisions.
c. Wireframing and Prototyping:
1. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
2. Develop prototypes for demonstration of concepts to stakeholders.
d. Visual Design:
1. Design pixel-perfect assets, including icons, graphics, and visual elements.
2. Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
e. Collaboration and Iteration:
1. Work closely with development teams to ensure design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
2. Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.
f. Accessibility and Usability:
1. Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and prioritize usability for diverse user groups.
