Vacation Rental Property Manager Fresher Job (Remote)

We are a luxury vacation rental property located in the scenic Smokey Mountains, offering premium short-term rental experiences. Our goal is to provide exceptional hospitality and memorable stays for our guests. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Vacation Rental Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property management, from guest bookings to property maintenance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PMS administration: Manage the property management software (PMS) for reservations, occupancy tracking, report generation, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date property listings on the PMS.
2. Online listing management: Create and optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and other platforms.
3. Guest communication and booking: Provide pre-arrival information and check-in/check-out instructions. Ensure the property is ready for guests respond promptly to guest inquiries and handle bookings, payments, cancellations, and emergency calls from guests.
4. Scheduling, coordination, and property maintenance: Schedule and coordinate cleaning and maintenance services with cleaning and maintenance teams and oversee any routine maintenance and repairs. Manage ordering of various supplies needed to run the property.
5. Pricing and data analysis: Use tools like PriceLabs to gather data and coordinate with the owner on pricing. Sync calendars across booking channels to prevent double bookings.
7. Owner communication: Provide daily and weekly updates to the property owner on status, bookings, and issues. Communicate urgent matters and propose solutions promptly.
8. Marketing and promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and bookings. Utilize social media and online platforms for promotion.
9. Enhancing guest experience: Implement measures to enhance guest experiences beyond quick responses and proper preparation.
10. Continuous improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
