Video Editor & UI/UX designer for Financial SaaS Australian based startup:

We are on the lookout for a Video Editor & Content Creator with a passion for finance and technology. Join us as we embark on a journey to revolutionise the financial sector with our cutting-edge SaaS product. Your primary role will be to edit videos that educates, engages, and inspires our audience across social media platforms.

Key responsibilities:

1) Primary Focus on Video Production: Lead the creation and editing of video content, ensuring it aligns with our financial SaaS product's vision and educational goals
2) Educational Material Creation: Edit instructional videos that simplify complex financial concepts for our users, enhancing their understanding and experience of our SaaS product
3) Social Media Content: Tailor video content for social media platforms, optimizing for engagement and reach. This includes creating teasers, instructional videos, and promotional content that highlights the features and benefits of our financial SaaS product
4) Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to strategize content creation that supports product launches, feature announcements, and educational initiatives
5) Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in video production, financial technology, and social media to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful
6) UI/UX development is a plus

Ideal Candidate:

1) Proficiency in video editing softwares is essential. Knowledge of Figma for basic prototyping and content visualization is a plus
2) Strong background in creating educational and promotional video content, with a portfolio that demonstrates skills in storytelling and technical proficiency
3) Familiarity with the financial sector and SaaS products, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging and understandable content
4) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
5) A creative mind that constantly seeks new ways to engage and educate audiences, especially on social media platforms

This is a remote job and we are pretty flexible with the times. Though preference would be standard working hours according to India time.
