Virtual Assistant Fresher Job (Remote)

We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our digital marketing team. Our primary focus is SEO services search engine optimization and related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and eager to learn, with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the manager in daily operations and quality assurance tasks
2. Write, edit, and publish content based on provided guidelines
3. Communicate with the team, ensuring smooth collaboration
4. Monitor and document meetings, take notes, and follow up with action items
5. Conduct research and gather insights for various projects
6. Manage and update websites (WordPress knowledge preferred)
7. Work with Google Workspace & Notion for project management

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with Google Workspace & Notion is a plus
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
3. Proactive, open-minded, and eager to learn
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Schedule & Hours:

1. (8 hours/day) with a flexible work structure
2. Availability is required between 3 PM - 11 PM (IST) for communication
3. Monday to Saturday: 8-hour shifts
4. Sunday: 1 to 3-hour shift (light tasks)
