Visual Designer Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing design:
- Assist in creating digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and help develop designs that align with the brand's voice and vision.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Learn and apply the latest design trends and tools to contribute fresh ideas to our brand's visual presence.

2. Product design:
- Work with UX/UI designers to help create visually appealing interfaces and experiences for our digital products.
- Support the design of user-centric visual elements for web and mobile applications, contributing to a seamless integration of functionality and aesthetics.
- Assist in the development of design systems and guidelines that standardize the visual language across products.
- Participate in design reviews and learn how to incorporate feedback to enhance overall design quality.

3. Cross-functional collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand design requirements and present your work.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Assist in user research and usability testing to learn how design decisions impact the user experience.
