Key responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the outreach to experts across the world basis client briefs using tools like LinkedIn, Rocketreach, Lusha, Apollo etc. (be an expert in that post internal training)
2. Handling customer escalations along with experts, managing their experience & making sure their payments are done on time
3. Coordinating with client POC for their expert call scheduling and associated operations
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
1. Strong understanding of linkedin
2. Exceptional english communication skills
3. You have to love LinkedIn and other professional networks
4. Love using your mobile and talking
5. You know multiple languages and understand multiple industries
6. You understand research and can use prospecting tools like Lusha, Rocketreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo etc.
7. You are a natural networker and can pull conversations with strangers!
