About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. SKU-level data cleaning and management:
a. Analyze and organize pharmaceutical SKU-level data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
b. Identify discrepancies and clean up data to eliminate errors in inventory and product records.

2. Database matching and integration:
a. Match pharmacy databases with our proprietary systems to streamline inventory tracking and reorder processes.
b. Ensure proper mapping of drug codes, manufacturers, and product categories between systems.

3. Collaboration with pharmacy teams:
a. Work directly with pharmacy clients to understand their inventory and data management needs.
b. Provide actionable recommendations to improve database accuracy and workflow efficiency.

4. Compliance and standards:
a. Ensure all data-related activities adhere to regulatory and company standards.
b. Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and inventory management best practices.

5. Reporting and insights:
a. Generate reports and insights based on cleaned and matched data to help pharmacies optimize operations.
b. Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Other requirements

1. Pharmaceutical expertise:

a. Bachelor's or doctor of pharmacy (BPharm/PharmD) degree.

b. Valid pharmacy license in relevant location.

c. Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.

2. Data management skills:

a. Proficiency in working with Excel, Google Sheets, and data-cleaning tools.

b. Familiarity with database management software and inventory systems is a plus.

3. Attention to detail:

a. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

b. Ability to spot and correct discrepancies in large datasets.

4. Communication and teamwork:

a. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

b. Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

5. Preferred qualifications:

a. Experience in inventory or supply chain management within a pharmacy setting.

b. Familiarity with pharmacy-specific software (e.g., Samarth, Medica, EcoGreen, MediVision etc.).

c. Understanding of pharmaceutical SKU classifications and coding systems.
