We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Interns/Full-Time Freshers to join our Lenovo Exclusive Retail team and support our in-store sales operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and retail management. As a Retail Sales Intern/Fresher, you will assist in daily store activities, engage with customers, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals and gain valuable insights into the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
2. Greet and engage with customers, providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries.
3. Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets and objectives.
4. Learn about product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
5. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Indore, Pune, Secunderabad, Ulhasnagar, Hyderabad, Thane, Kalyan, Mumbai, Badlapur, Virar, Mira Bhayandar, Nala Sopara, Nagpur, Nashik and neighboring cities
Other requirements
1. Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Passion for sales and customer service with a positive and proactive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing market dynamics, which rewards highly in terms of incentives, along with a salary.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with retail sales processes.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹13,500 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
