1. Present jewelry options to customers, providing detailed information, including pricing.
2. Demonstrate expertise in handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
3. Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
4. Manage counter sales and oversee day-to-day store operations.
5. Work on selling gold, diamond, platinum, and silver jewelry in-store.
6. Receive stock additions, conduct quality checks, and manage inventory at the counter.
7. Achieve counter-specific targets in line with the store's business plan.
