Retail Store Manager & Sales Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage daily business operations, customer service, and merchandising
2. Coordinate, monitor, and report daily operations
3. Plan and implement strategies to attract customers
4. Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments)
5. Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
6. Monitor and maintain store inventory
7. Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing storefront
9. Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
10. Analyse consumer behavior
11. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
12. Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed
13. Ensure the store environment complies with health and safety regulations
14. Create reports, and analyze retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition

Requirements:

1. Core Skills and knowledge in product visibility, market penetration of the product, product awareness in market, market segmentation
2. Need a very exceptional individual with wide marketing skills
3. Should have market knowledge
4. Must have marketing and brand building skills
5. Communication skills are must
6. Know-how of promotional activities for franchise development
7. Must travel for work
