"Kangofied Creations" is an art-based company based out of Hyderabad. We design and create our own handcrafted home decor items.
Key responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Greet and engage customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with product selection
2. Sales Performance: Drive sales by promoting products and upselling to meet or exceed sales targets
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively inform and assist customers
4. Payment Handling: Process transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, ensuring a smooth and secure checkout experience
5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking, and ensure the kiosk is always well-organized and visually appealing
6. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
Note:
1. The position is for our Companys Kiosk at a Mall in Nallagandla, Hyderabad
2. Salary along with a 2% commission on every sale will be provided
Requirement:
1. Should be ready to join within 2-3 days
2. Candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic, and loyal
3. Candidate should be proficient in speaking Hindi, English & Telugu
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,04,000 - 2,30,000 /year
