Key responsibilities:
1. Review and verify travel bookings to ensure all details are accurate and complete
2. Confirm travel itineraries with clients and provide all necessary documentation
3. Communicate with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators) to confirm reservations and address any issues
4. Handle last-minute changes or cancellations and rebook travel arrangements as needed
5. Maintain accurate records of all bookings and confirmations in the agency's database
6. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly
7. Identify and research potential clients using various online and offline methods
8. Generate new leads through networking, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing strategies
9. Qualify leads and schedule consultations with travel advisors
10. Maintain a lead database, tracking progress and follow-up activities
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies
12. Analyze lead generation performance and report on key metrics
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a travel agency, customer service, or related field
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in using booking software and CRM systems
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. High attention to detail and accuracy
7. Familiarity with various lead generation techniques and tools
8. Passion for travel and a good understanding of popular travel destinations
9. Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, marketing, or a related field
10. Previous experience in lead generation or sales
11. Knowledge of multiple languages
