About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Solving technical issues related to the RPA platform on the VM environment
2. Troubleshooting the basic network, application, and access issues
3. Informing customers about the ongoing issues with the Bot and update them about the steps taken to resolve the issues
4. Determining the root cause of incidents (configuration vs. defect)
5. Liaisoning with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents
6. Scheduling and monitoring bots in production and performing data entry
7. Coordinating with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability of automated business processes and the resolution of any issues that affect the execution of bots
8. Publishing a dashboard with bot execution results and provide weekly robot execution status reports regularly
9. Coordinating with business SMEs for process exceptions or failures of bots
10. Addressing all service requests in the given SLA and completing the restoration of service within specified SLA parameters with the business
11. Providing 24 7 dedicated on-desk support with phone/ email support over weekends
12. Handling all configuration changes/process level changes in the given SLA
13. Taking care of the incident resolution with P1, P2 and P3 tickets being solved completely within defined SLAs

1. Only BCA final year students
2. Work Location: Faridabad, India
3. Basic knowledge of automation anywhere A360
