Key responsibilities:

1. Become an expert on all experiences offered by Vagabond
2. Act as a travel consultant to consumers
3. Handle incoming queries across different channels like email, phone, WhatsApp & social media
4. Handle end-to-end responsibility of customer onboarding experience
5. Work in coordination with the operations team
6. Play a critical part in achieving organization's revenue goals
