1. Achieving stipulated sales goals on time
2. Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance
3. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new products
4. Striving to provide top-notch customer service in each instance
5. Welcoming customers and creating a positive shopping experience
6. Maintaining knowledge of current sales promotions and competitions
7. Building relationships with customers and maintaining a customer database
8. Tracking and engaging in follow-up conversations about products, as needed
9. Suggesting appropriate payment arrangements based on clients' available finances
10. Addressing customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
11. Reading product manuals and attending training workshops to maintain an in-depth understanding of our offerings

Should be able to listen to customers' needs and help them find the right furniture for their homes

Ability to describe product features in simple or technical terms based on clients' existing knowledge

Computer literate, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems, inventory management systems, and other software programs
