Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and expand our client base. Maintain and manage the customer database.
2. Generate leads, communicate effectively with clients, and assign field visits to the sales team.
3. Track sales activities and analyze data to identify trends and growth opportunities. Monitor the sales team's performance using KPIs and KRAs.
4. Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials aimed at driving sales.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and streamlined processes.
6. Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining client satisfaction.
7. Maintain sales documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and update policies as needed.
8. Prepare performance reports for the field sales team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
9. Coordinate with the sales team, clients, and leads via telephone to ensure efficient communication.
