About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand product and service offerings of Techaways
2. Analyze the target market to tailor sales efforts
3. Utilize LinkedIn and other databases to identify potential clients
4. Generate leads by contacting prospects through email, phone, and social media
5. Make and deliver presentations to prospects to showcase offerings
6. Maintain ongoing communication with customers post-sales to assess satisfaction levels
7. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers
8. Maintain receivables statement and monitor outstanding payments
9. Collect payments from customers in a timely manner

Other requirements

1. Minimum: Bachelor's/Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

2. Work experience: At least one year of experience in sales & customer relationship management for IT services or product sales

3. Work nature: Work independently with minimum supervision

4. Competencies: Industry domain: IT product & services

5. Tech domain: Knowledge of enterprise IT products/solutions like CRM, intelligent automation, AI/ML, analytics etc.

6. Delivery skills: Excellent oral & written communication in English

7. Knowledge of leads generation from LinkedIn or other using any other databases

8. Experience in relationship management for existing accounts to know customer satisfaction levels and identify cross-sell & up-sell opportunities with existing clients collections

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 2,75,000 /year
