Key responsibilities:

1. File Handling
2. Reception (Telephone Handling)
3. Booking rooms in a hotel and other ground-level services such as transportation services, extra amenities, etc.
4. Managing the emails to the tourism service providers
5. Fill up the form and Issue permits for travelers/trekkers
6. Preparing itinerary and costing
7. Arrival/Departure transfer etc.
