Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive sales and expand our market presence in the interior design industry, specifically focusing on kitchen and wardrobe solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients (homeowners, architects, builders, contractors) and market trends to target.
2. Client Acquisition: Approach new clients via direct sales, networking, and presentations to introduce kitchen and wardrobe solutions.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by promoting the company's products and services.
5. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's offerings, including modular kitchens, wardrobe designs, and customization options.
6. Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to the client's specific needs.
7. Coordination with Design & Operations Teams: Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
8. Follow-up & Negotiations: Follow up with leads and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
9. Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams about customer needs, challenges, and competitive trends.

Key Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role, ideally in the interior design or construction industry.

Skills:

1. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
2. Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
3. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
4. Basic knowledge of interior design, particularly in kitchen and wardrobe solutions, is a plus.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
6. Personality Traits: Energetic, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
