Qualification / Education:
Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, BA, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good interpersonal, numerical, and analytical skills
Decision-making skills
Mandatory: English & Hindi (Optional: Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Flexible for day shifts (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM)
Comfortable working 6 days a week with a weekday off
Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and establish contact with prospects
Recommend solutions and close sales deals
Conduct outbound calls based on lead generation and data sources
Follow up on existing leads and generate new ones
Maintain service quality and adhere to company standards
