Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team . As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing deals for our comprehensive end-to-end HR services platform. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Knowledge of HR services or willingness to learn
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel for client meetings

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify sales leads and proactively reach out to potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in organizations
Present and demonstrate our HR services to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and tailor our solutions to meet their needs
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth implementation of services
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts regularly
