Sales Executive - Travel Fresher Job

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused 'Sales Executive' to join our dynamic travel agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional travel solutions to meet client needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their travel requirements, promote packages, and close sales to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on client engagement:
i. Engage with new and existing clients to understand their travel preferences and provide tailored solutions.
ii. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent service and follow-up.
2. Work on sales & revenue generation:
i. Promote and sell travel products, including domestic and international holiday packages, flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
ii. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by converting leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings.
3. Work on consultation & advisory:
i. Provide detailed information on travel destinations, package features, pricing, and itinerary options.
ii. Offer expert advice on visa processes, insurance, currency, and local customs for various travel destinations.
4. Work on customer service:
i. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
ii. Assist clients with any post-booking issues, including flight changes, cancellations, or additional requests.
